The D Street Neighborhood Center is the perfect rental facility for private parties and small stage performances. With a seating capacity of 300 and 140 dining, this 2,500 sq. ft. facility lends itself well to many different community events. Please note that if the event you are planning includes amplified music, please note that amplified music is only permitted Fridays and Saturday until 10pm and Sundays until 9pm

Cleaning/Damage/Key deposit: $300
Meeting Rate-up to 3 hours: $150
Half Day Rate-up to 5 hours: $380
Full Day Rate-over 5 hours: $500
Kitchen Rate: $35/hour
Non-Profit Agencies receive a 30% discount. You must provide a Non-Profit I.D. #.
Arcata Youth Serving Non-profit Agencies receive a 50% discount. School districts within Arcata must have a joint use agreement on file with the City of Arcata to receive discounted rates. You must provide a Non-profit I.D. #.
To reserve the facility please fill out the online form below, print and sign the Facility Use Permit and Rules and Regulations below and submit with a $300 deposit to the Arcata Recreation Division, 736 F Street, Arcata, CA 95521. It is recommended that you call the Recreation Office to check availability 707-822-7091. Rental fees and insurance coverage are due 14 working days prior to the event. Upon satisfactory inspection of the facility, your deposit will be refunded.
Keys to facilities must be picked up by 5 p.m. the last working weekday before your weekend event. Keys are picked up and returned to the Recreation Division Office.
