Please Don't Pour Fat, Oil or Grease Down the Drain!
This holiday season (and all year round), please remember to dispose of cooking oil and grease in the trash and not down the drain. Wipe greasy pots and dishes with a paper towel before washing, and pour cooking oil into a container, freeze until hardened, then toss in the trash. Taking these extra steps can save money in plumbing and sewer repairs.
